i know teleportign is forbidden but how do people teleport in defensive mode ?

attackign is one thing .. but teleportign in defence mode is quite annoying when arivign and within 5-10 minutes whole armies of emps pop up ?
any 1 know how to teleport in defence mode ??

lol i know ,, but people coudl get in touch with me INGAME ,, and i did just discover it .. lucky enough only green and black got that power ,,

But i cant wait untill swamp and exhaustion will be be lowered in power or even removed if possibel ,,then teh TP wars will stop as NONE will be able to teleport ..
